Dark Chocolate Buttercream
This Dark Chocolate Buttercream is so decadent and delicious! I recently used it on my Banana Split Mini Cupcakes!

Ingredients
- 2 sticks unsalted butter room temperature
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 pound powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup Hershey's Special Dark Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 tablespoon vanilla
- 4 tablespoons heavy cream

Instructions
- Place your room temperature unsalted butter and salt in the bowl of your stand mixer with the paddle attachment.
- Beat on medium until lighter in color and fluffy (2-4 minutes).
- Add your powdered sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla, and heavy cream to the bowl.
- Beat on medium speed until well combined. It will lighten in color.
- Enjoy!
